Fantastic, career changing opportunity for a lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) to lead a busy, successful and profitable team within a top performing, specialist law firm.
This is a Head of Department role which also sits on the firm's Senior Leadership Team. It is a challenging and varied role which encompasses:

The successful hire will manage a team of lease extension and enfranchisement fee earners and the firm is investing in this area and expects to see significant growth in order to capitalise on its reputation for excellence in the market place.
There is the know-how and experience within the firm to upskill this new hire into this specialist area and the characteristics of a strong manager (with legal experience which can transfer) are more key than the particular specialism of legal experience gained to date.
This is a business critical role and the expectation is that it will be filled by an experienced lawyer (whether that is legal exec / solicitor).

- Experience could be in litigation (inc insurance / volume or property, for example) or property (residential, commercial, leasehold, enfranchisement).
