In-House: Head of Dispute Resolution

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a market leading company in the Real Estate sector. Our client is part of a high performing and well-regarded international group, with multiple brands across property management, professional services and agency.
You will lead the Dispute Resolution function and report into the Group Head of Legal for the UK. This role sits within an experienced, collegiate, and high performing wider Legal team.
Types of disputes include those in relation to service charges, right to manage, property litigation and general contractual disputes. You can expect to advise on claims in the County Court, First Tier and Upper Tribunal and all forms of ADR from pre-issue to resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- overseeing effective management of the dispute resolution function
- direct line management of two
- collect and analyse data and report to clients and the Board
- work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including Group CEO, and Regional Operations Directors
- manage external counsel
The successful candidate could have gained experience in private practice or in-house and will be required to demonstrate a collaborative and solutions-oriented, commercial approach. Strong preference for residential property litigation and/or property management experience.
Great central London location with hybrid office attendance.
