Working as part of a close-knit legal team alongside the Head of Legal and another Legal Counsel, this role offers a broad and interesting remit, with real exposure to the business and its strategic priorities.
The role will include:

Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including SaaS

Advising on GDPR, regulatory and IP matters

Managing legal risk and supporting dispute resolution

Policy development, governance and compliance

Partnering closely with stakeholders across procurement, sales, product development, HR and finance
This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for a lawyer who enjoys being embedded in the business and providing pragmatic, commercial advice.
