The Role

You will work closely with the General Counsel and take a visible position across the business, engaging regularly with executive stakeholders. The scope of work includes:

  • Management - responsible for the supervision of two paralegals who handle litigation matters.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a business that is growing quickly and evolving its legal function to be a truly strategic enabler.

About You

  • You’ll have 5+ years' PQE, with solid experience gained in-house(either fully or as part of a mixed career)

  • Confident handling commercial contracts independently

  • Able to manage and oversee junior team members and workstreams

  • Experienced working in fast-paced, agile commercial environments

  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and representing legal at leadership forums

  • Governance and/or M&A exposure is beneficial but not essential

The Business
